    2 1/4 cups Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Flour
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp Splenda
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    2 1/4 cups 1% milk
    1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/4 tsp salt
    Cooking Spray


This recipe made 17 waffles using 1/4 cup of batter each.

Mix all ingredients other than cooking spray and let sit while waffle iron preheats. Spray hot surface of waffle iron lightly. Measure and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each square of waffle iron (mine is a 4 waffle maker). Cook until the waffle is golden brown, approx 3 to 5 minutes, when the steam stops. Make sure to spray iron after each waffle to prevent sticking.
