    * Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    * Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced (remove)
    * *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.1 cup (remove)
    * *Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi, .75 cup (remove)


Roast all veggies in olive oil and spices for about 35 minutes at 450.

Boil whole wheat gnocchi in salted water until it floats to the surface.

Put the gnocchi and the veggies (including oil drippings) into a mixing bowl and toss with just a small amount of cheese while still hot.

Serve immediately.
