    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast in strips
    3 cloves garlic pressed
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 TBS olive oil
    1 1/2 cups tomatoes seeded and chopped
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
    12 oz dry pasta - cooked as desired
    1 oz grated parmesan for topping (optional but counted)


Combine chicken garlic, cumin, peppers, in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mixture and cook about 6 minutes. Until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Add tomatoes, cook about 2 minutes more. Stir in cilantro, cook 1 minute. Toss turkey mixture and pasta in large bowl, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve immediatley.
