Ingredients

    1/3 c sugar
    1/3 c lowfat milk
    1/3 c AP flour
    3 eggs
    1 c vegetable oil
    1/2 c lowfat milk
    1 c sugar
    2 c flour
    2 tsp cinnmamon
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp each: vanilla, baking soda, salt
    1 box sugar free fat free vanilla pudding

Directions

mix together the first threee ingredients and leave out in room temperature in a plastic bag for 4 days. the bag will fill with air, just squeeze the air out.
add to the starter the other ingredients, mix weel.
grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
bake at 325 for about 1 hour or until the bread pulls away from the sides and a tester come out clean. makes 18 slices (9 each loaf)
