Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups Wheat Bran
    1 cup Oat Bran
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 teaspoons Baking Soda
    1 teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    2 Eggs
    2/3 cup 2% Milk
    2/3 cup Vanilla (or Plain) Yogurt
    1/3 cup Canola Oil
    2/3 cup Maple Syrup
    2 cups Frozen Blackberries

Directions

Place oven rack in middle of oven and heat to 375 degrees. Grease or line cupcake/muffin pan. Combine all ingredients, mix and then add blackberries (can still be frozen). Bake until toothpick comes out clean from center, about 25 minutes. Cool, freeze or eat warm!
