    2 Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Flour Tortillas
    1/4 c. Salsa
    1/4 c. black beans, drained
    1 avocado, diced
    1/4 c. part skim shredded mozarella cheese
    1/2 c. diced pepper--red, yellow or orange
    ground cumin
    garlic powder
    sea salt
    white pepper


1. Set tortillas flat on counter.
2. Layer 1/2 of each of the remaining ingredients on one side of each tortilla: salsa, black beans, avocado, pepper, cheese.
3. Season moderately with ground cumin, garlic powder, sea salt, and white pepper.
4. Fold over the bare sides of the tortilla and place on griddle or fry pan.
5. Heat on medium high heat a few minutes on each side.
6. Turn heat up to high for the last 30 seconds on each side to make crisp.
7. Serve immediately.
8. Serves 2
