    2lb brick of Velveeta Cheese
    2 10.5 oz cans Rotel Tomatoes

Directions

Cube cheese. Melt with Rotel tomatoes in the microwave or stovetop. If you have time, you can even melt this in a slow cooker. Sitr frequently to avoid scorching whichever method you choose.

Yield: 5.5 cups (22 quarter cup servings)
