    Tempeh 130 gm.
    Low Sodium Soy sauce 3 Tbsp.
    Olive Oil 3 Tbsp.
    Ginger Root 3 tsp.
    Asparagus 1 C
    Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp.
    Cornstarch 20 gm.


Marinate cubed tempeh in soy sauce & ginger for 1 hour. Stir fry tempeh in olive oil with asparagus. Mix Vinegar with 1/2 C water and 2 tsp. cornstarch then add to stir fry and let simmer for 10 min.

Serve over rice.
