    3 slices Light Italian Bread, torn
    2 Tbsp Raisins
    2 tsp pecans
    1/2 Apple, chopped
    1 C. Milk
    2 Large Eggs
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/8 tsp cinnamon


Divide torn bread, raisins, pecans and apples into 3 baking dishes sprayed with Pam.
Wisk together the remaining ingredients, pour over the bread mixture dividing it evenly. Press bread into the milk mixture making sure all bread gets wet.

Bake 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until set.
