Ingredients

    4 cups cooked ham
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    3 large potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
    10 oz portabella mushrooms, same as pot
    4 cups fresh snap green beans
    10 med baby carrots, cut in half
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 cups beef broth

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat until soup is simmering. Cover and cook until veggies are tender.
