    10 each Tilapia 6oz
    3/8 cup All purpose flour
    3 eggs
    3/8 Milk i used whole
    6 tbsp Coconut, Sweetened, Shredded, Toasted
    6 tbsp Vegetable Oil


Thaw fish overnight under refridgeration
Mix egg and milk together.
Dredge each fillet in flour
Dip into milk-egg mixture
Cover with toasted coconut
Fry Fish in 350F oil for 2-3 minutes - turning once.
Internal Temperature must reach 145F.
Serve Fillets
