    1.5 cups uncooked penne pasta
    1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1 15oz. can Italian-style tomato sauce
    1 14.5oz. can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
    1 4.5oz. jar Green giant sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 8 in. square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

2. Meanwhile, in 12 in. nonstick skillet, cok beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stiring frequently until cooked through; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and pour into baking dish.

3. Add cooked pasta; stir gently to mix. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray; place sprayed side down on baking dish and seal tightly.

4. Bake 15 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Makes 4 (1 3/4 cup) servings.
