Introduction

Ingredients

    15 oz. can Black Beans
    15 oz. can Garbonzo/ Chickpeas
    1/4 c. Bean juice
    1/4 c.. Water
    4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    3 Cloves of Garlic
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    5 Pieces of Sun Dried Tomato
    1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
    1 Tbsp Parsley (or more if desired)

Directions

In a food processor toss all ingredients but parsley. First pulse a few times then run on high for 2 - 4 minutes until well blended. Put mixture into a container that you can cover, sprinkle parsley on top, cover and put into 'fridge to chill.
Good on Tortilla chips, melba bread, & Wheat Thins
