    1 cup orange juice
    2 cups mashed banana
    1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
    1/2 cup soy milk
    1/2 cup mango or more
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    12 packets Splenda or Truvia sweetner
    1 packet unflavored gelatin


Blend all ingredients until smooth, then freeze in an ice cream freezer 30 minutes or more. Makes about 6 cups of Sherbet. A light and refreshing dessert, full of nutrition.
