Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Ground beef, 200 grams
Onions, raw, 1 large
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Salt, 2 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Water, tap,
Almonds, 0.5 cup, sliced roasted
*Pine Nuts, 0.25 cup roasted
Directions
Heat pan spray with non stick oil spray stir fry breasts with whole onion and carrot,till it gets golden in color,add water to cover add salt pepper and cinamon to taste remove any fat when water boils.Cook until done about 30 min.
For the rice :
Heat pan add the butter and meat with the spices desired,cinamon,black pepper(about a tbsp),and salt when meat is done add the rice with 5 cups of water cook until done.
to serve: in a very small 1cup bowl place a few chicken pieces(aound 1/4 breast) and the cooked rice press well and flap over your plate then decorate with the pine nuts and almond,and a sping of parsley or corrander.
