Ingredients

    Cabbage, napa, 2 cup
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1/2 cup, 3 serving
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips
    Sweet peppers (bell), .5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 1 cup
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Basil, 8 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 3 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Water, a couple of quarts, eyeball it!

Directions

combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for an hour (or more).
