Introduction

I love blue cheese burgers and looked for a way to make it healthier. This is a little on the salty side so I think I would only use the Worcestershire sauce if I was leaving out the cheese. Ingredients

    1lb. lean ground turkey
    1 packet onion soup mix
1 tsp. mayonnaise (to keep it moist)
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 egg white
4 - 1 inch cubes of blue cheese

Directions

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and form into 4 patties. Open each patty and stuff with a cube of the cheese. Close the patty and reform. Cook on a skillet or grill for 12 minutes (or until done), turning once.
