    5oz Each Canned Salmon and Tuna (Drained)
    1 can Cream of Chicken
    2 cups Brown rice (mostly cooked)
    2/3 Cup Bulgur uncooked
    1.5 cups Water
    1 2/3 cups Frozen Peas
    1 Can Creamed Corn
    1 Can No-Salt Green Beans


Throw everything into a deep sauteing pan and cook until rice is finished cooking, stirring frequently and keeping the heat on medium at first, then switching to low as the rice absorbs the rest of the liquid.

The end result should be like a casserole in consistency. Makes 6 one cup servings.
