    16oz. Garbanzo Beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 oz. green chilis
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. chili powder
    1 T. oregano
    2 tsp. cumin
    28 oz. canned whole tomatoes - undrained
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 tsp. salt


Mix together all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8.

Makes 6 - 1 c. servings.
