Ingredients

    2 Tsp Sage
    2 Tsp Rosemary
    2 Tsp Thyme
    2 Tsp Marjoram
    2 Tsp Garlic
    Dash Salt and Pepper

    Pork Tenderloin

    3 Red Apples
    1 Red Onion
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

    1/2 C Apple Juice
    1/2 C Maple Syrup

Directions

Depends on size of tenderloin, approx 4 servings.
Mix together spices and marinade pork overnight if possible. If not, cover in spices and place in roaster for oven, or in slow cooker. Mix cubed apples, onions, and brown sugar together. Place around pork. Mix together apple juice and maple syrup. Pour over roast and apples and onions.

If baking, place in oven at 325 degrees for approx 1.5-2 hours. If using the slow cooker, bake on low for 8-10 hours.

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes.
