Super slim stir fry for a low cal, treat that can't be beat for healthy options! Super slim stir fry for a low cal, treat that can't be beat for healthy options!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup sliced portabello mushrooms
    2 tablespoons grated ginger
    1 small onion grated
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions

Serves 8 big portions
heat oil in non stick pan or wok.
add all veggies and stir fry til tender
add hot water to cornstarch, stir in, add sopy sauce and simmer.
pepper to taste
