Introduction

Got the idea from the blog on lentils but the proportions are ours. Got the idea from the blog on lentils but the proportions are ours.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c. lentils ( I use "green")
    5 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the lentils are tender.
Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
