Ingredients

    3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup white flour
    2 dash salt
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Place 4 cups of water to boil with a dash of salt.
Mix all ingredients together and make into a dough, portion out into balls. Use a rolling pin and flatten into circles. Place in boiling water. Cook until dumplings float (approximately 10 minutes). Drain and serve hot or cold.
