    1.5 cup cornmeal
    1 c milk (enough to make it a thick consistency, but NOT runny)
    2 T flour


Mix all ingredients. Grease an iron skillet or baking pan, My mom uses pam for an iron skillet & it turns out wonderful! Pour into skillet or pan. Bake on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and top rises with a few cracks.
