Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2tbsp vinegar
    2tbsp Brown Sugar
    2tbsp Soya sauce
    2tbsp corn starch2tbsp water
    2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
    Chopped 500 grams Beef
    chopped 2 onions
    chopped Cabbage
    chopped pepper
    chopped mushroom
    chopped carrots


Directions

Get a plate, place the garlic, soya sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, corn starch, water together and mix well.
Add beef to the mixture and leave for sometime to marrinate.
Heat a pan, place the oil in it then stir fry the beef after picking it up from the sauce, cook until desired. then add vegetables one by one, onion, carrots, cabbage, mushroom and then pepper. Stir fry and cook then add the sauce that remained from the meat in the begining and cook for another 10 min. then eat and enjoy.

    This recipe was delish it was so flavorful and hearty. My husband and the children couldn't stop raving about it. The changes I made: I used beef cubes although it was yum it took quite a while to cook. This entire meal took a lot longer than suggested. Won't be making this dish too often. - 1/15/10

    Incredible!
    Will totally make this again! A lot of prep time though, actual "Cook" time about 20 minutes but I'd say about another 40 to get everything ready...it was great though! - 9/18/11
