    1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    Spray of Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    1 cup Orange Bell Pepper, sliced into thin strips
    1/2 medium onion, sliced into strips
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 oz (1/4 cup) part skim Mozzarella Cheese
    1 tsp dried oregano


Eat the whole pizza as a dinner, or split it into half to share and have with a side salad.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees with pizza stone in the oven (pre-heating the stone...if you don't have a pizza stone, you can make this on a cookie sheet)

Once oven is pre-heated, add lavash bread to pizza stone and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from oven.

Spray medium frying pan (skillet) with olive oil cooking spray and heat on medium. Add onion, orange pepper and mushrooms. Saute until onions are translucent.

Spread tomato sauce on lavash bread, top with onion/pepper/mushroom combo. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with dried oregano. Bake in oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Cut into four pieces. Enjoy!
