Healthy, quick, great as a main meal or side dish! Healthy, quick, great as a main meal or side dish!
Number of Servings: 6


    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup
    Garlic, 5 cloves pressed or chopped
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Asparagus, fresh, 5 spear, large
    Green Beans 1 cup cut into bite sized pieces,
    red Peppers, chipped .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup
    1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


While Pasta is cooking, Cut up veggies into bite sized pieces and steam until tender. I steam them all together adding the peppers in about 1/2 way through cooking. Once all are cooked, add veggies and pasta together, add Garlic, Parm cheese and Olive Oil. Mix well and serve.
