    ground beef
    head of lettuce
    kidney beans
    cheddar cheese
    thousand island dressing
    black olives


Brown ground beef. Shred lettuce. Add the tomatoes, black olives, and kidney beans. In a bowl combine dressing and seasoning. When meat is cool, add to salad and pour dressing over. Top with cheddar cheese.
