Ingredients

    1/2 cup Peanut Butter
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 Egg whites
    2 Cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
    1/2 cup to 1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend,
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1.5 cup Vanilla Extract,
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Mix wet ingredients in different bowl
Mix both bowls together and spoon small round balls on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-12 Min. on 350.
