    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    dehydrated lemon juice
    fresh thyme


mix chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove thyme stems and sprinkle with lemon. Enjoy as a savory snack. Makes four portions, each about 45 grams.
