Ingredients

    1 cup orzo - cooked per directions
    1 chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 can tomatoes drained (reserve 1/2 cup juice)
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 Tbls capers drained
    1 chopped jalepenos (seeds removed)
    1/2 lb shrimp
    1/2 cup feta

    Cook orzo per directions and set aside. Heat oil in pan and add onions and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes and add wine. Cook 1 minute and add tomatoes jalepeno capers and spices. Simmer for about 5 minutes and add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are opaque and then add the feta. Cook until the shrimp are competely cooked and feta is melted. Serves 4
