    1.5 lbs 93% lean ground beef
    8oz can no salt tomato sauce
    .5 cup dry stuffing or croutons
    .5 cup dry instant oatmeal
    .5 tsp salt (optional)
    1.4 tsp pepper
    2 eggs
    1 tsp minced onion flakes

    8 oz no salt tomato sauce
    .5 cup sugar or sugar sub
    2 tsp. yellow mustard
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp white vinegar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine lean ground beef, bread crumbs, oatmeal, eggs, onions, 1 cup tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Form into loaf in a baking pan.
Topping: Mix tomato sauce, sugars, mustard and vinegar with wire wisk. Pour over meatloaf and bake 55 -60 minutes at 350.
