    3 ounces chicken breast (cup up)
    1 ounce tortilla chips (corn)
    1/2 cup tomatoes
    1 T onions (chopped)
    1 ounce mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    1 T salsa
    1 T fat free sour cream


Cut up chicken and brown in fry pan using Canola Spray (no calories). Season with Mrs. Dash spices. Meanwhile cut up tomatoes and onions. Set aside. Put 1 ounce tortilla chips on a plate. Top with chicken, tomatoes, onions,and mozzarella cheese. Place in Microwave for 1 minute to melt cheese. Spoon salsa and sour cream over it and serve.
