    Spinach, fresh, 1 ounce
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Turkey Breast, Jennie-O Extra Lean, Hickory Smoked, 2 oz
    Cheese, Feta, AthenosTraditional Natural, 0.25 cup


In a pasta plate (with shallow sides), microwave spinach for a minute to soften. Add eggs and turkey and microwave for 2 more minutes. Add feta cheese to top of omelet and microwave for 30 more seconds if melt is desired. Microwave times may vary according to your microwave :)
