Number of Servings: 1
1 8 oz container plain, non-fat yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 cup ice
2 packets equal (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth. You can also substitute the strawberries for any other frozen fruit, just be sure to re-calculate the nutritional information.
