    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Hashed Browns (hash browned potatoes), .75 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    *Soy milk, Soy Milk, Natural, .25 serving
    Provolone Cheese, 1 oz
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked


spray a 1 1/2 quart cassrole dish with pam. In a small bowl mix egg and soy milk pepper and salt.
Place hash browns in cassrole dish and pour egg mixture over top and mix together adding cheese place in a 350 oven till desidered doneness about 40 mins.
