    Big Can of Spaghetti Sauce
    Little Can of Diced Tomatoes
    1 cp shredded carrots
    1/4 onion
    Bag of Morning Star Crumbler
    15 oz Part Skim Ricotta cheese
    Bag of Spinach
    Some Cottage Cheese
    8oz bag of reduced fat 4cheese mexican
    6 pcs of lasagna noodles


In pot pour in spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, onion, carrots, ~1cp spinach, garlic (and anything else you want!).
In another pot, start boiling the lasagna noodles.
Put rest of spinach in a tupperware/microwavable bowl, sprinkle water over and microwave for ~90sec. Drain water. Mix ricotta cheese w/spinach.
In baking pan- put about 3.5cps in bottom layer, add 3pcs lasagna noodles, add ricotta cheese/spinach (I added cottage cheese cause I didn't have enough cheese), then rest of noodles and rest of sauce. Over the top sprinkle the bag of cheese.
Cook in over at 375 for about 35minutes.
Serves 12! Enjoy!
