Ingredients

    2,lb Armour corned beef Brisket
    1 16oz bottle Guiness
    1 head cabbage (quartered)
    2c water

Directions

put brisket in a large pot and add beer and water to cover add spices included wirh brisket and bring to boil.lower heat and simmer for 2-3.5 hrs. add cabbage in the last 45mins of cooking.
