    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, .5 cup pieces (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    McCormick Garlic Herb Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    **Imitation Crab Meat (3 pc. = 1 serving), 1 serving (remove)
    Almonds, .25 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Barilla Plus Angel Hair, 2 oz (remove)
    Coarse Black Pepper, 1 tsp (remove)
    Sea Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 6 serving (remove)


Brown the Chicken Breast in pan with olive oil on medium heat. Add white wine in small amounts throughout cooking process. Add garlic, almonds, pepper, garlic seasonings,and smart beat margarine. Brown both sides and simmer, add assorted mushrooms and continue simmering. Cook about 20 minutes and then add 1 can of Evaporated skim milk and sea salt. Mix thoroughly.
In a 2 quart pan boil angel hair pasta when tender, drain and add a can of Diced Basil, oregano, garlic tomatoes and season to taste with sea salt. Add 1 tbsp, of Olive Oil and mix. Serve as a side item or pur chicken over pasta. Serves six.
