    8 T Butter Flavor Crisco, 8 tbsp
    6 t water
    3/4 C Splenda
    2 Eggs
    1 t vanilla
    1/2 C All-purpose flour
    1/2 C + 2T whole wheat flour
    1/2 t Baking Soda
    1/2 C Bob's Red Mill Granola
    1/2 C Apricots, dried
    3/4 C Pecans, chopped


Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Mix flours and soda in medium bowl, set aside
Mix shortening, eggs, water, splenda, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Gradually add the flour mix into the egg mix.
Add in granola, apricots, and nuts and mix to blend.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
