Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    3 cups brown rice
    2 cups chopped fresh asparagus
    1 cup chopped tomato
    5.5 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
    4 Tbsp. Fat Free Honey Mustard salad dressing(I used Maple Grove Farms of Vermont)

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.
Steam asparagus until crisp tender.
Cool both to room temperature.
Combine with rest of ingredients and chill at least 4 hours(overnight is best)

Makes approximately 7 1-cup servings
