    .5 c oatmeal
    .5 c water
    .33 c soymilk
    .25 c canned pumpkin
    2 egg whites whipped
    1 tsp. chopped nuts, if desired
    .5 tsp cinnamon, etc. as desired
    sweeteners as desired


I cook oats on the stove with the water and soymilk. Halfway through, I stir in the pumpkin and spices, and splenda. Then I gently stir in half of the whipped egg whites. Finish cooking. Then pour in a small corning bowl. Pour remaining egg white on top and bake or broil until the meringue is lightly browned.
