Ingredients

    4-6 pork chops (can be bone-in or boneless)
    2 tbsp steak seasoning (McCormick is the best)
    1 bottle beer (12 oz)
    1 bottle BBQ sauce (any kind will work)
    2 onioins, sliced

Directions

Rub steak seasoning into meat and brown on both sides. Remove meat and pour in beer. Scrap the bottom of the pan to loosen the "tid-bits". Pour in BBQ sauce. Place meat in liquid and top with onions. Simmer covered for 1 - 2 hours.

    I liked this recipe. It was simple and easy. I actually made it in the crock pot (cooked pork with a smidgen of beer on high for one hour) which allow me to drain off the fat before adding in the rest of the beer, then bbq sauce, then onions. Thanks for sharing. - 10/27/10
