Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk (recipe calculator uses 2%)
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 white sugar
    1 1/2 cup flour
    15 tsp benefiber

    Mix all dry ingredients (except chips) and wet ingredients separately and then mix together. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips.

    Pour into muffin tins, either sprayed or with liner. Do to Fill between 1/2 and 3/4 full.

Directions

Cook at 400 degrees.

Bake between 15 and 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
