    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbp butter, salted
    8 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 medium yellow squash
    3 oz fresh spinach
    1 block tofu, firm
    24 medium shrimp


Heat oil in a saute pan. Add garlic, squash, and spinach. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add tofu and shrimp and cook until shrimp is cooked through.
