Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry pizza crust mix (use your favorite brand)
    Pizza sauce (use your favorite brand)
    2 oz each low fat mozzarella shreds and low fat cheddar shreds
    8 ounces leftover pot roast shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare crust mix according to package directions. Pat crust in square baking pan. Brush pizza sauce over crust. It won't look like much but it is plenty. Sprinkle a little of the cheese over the sauce then layer meat. Top with a the rest of the cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and edges of crust begin to brown.
