    Two 8 oz pkg low fat cream cheese
    1 cup splenda granulated
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla

    2 cups low fat sour cream
    1/4 cup splenda
    1 tsp vanilla


Beat together cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup splenda, and 1 tsp vanilla until blended. Pour into 8x8 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool for 15 min.

While cooling cheesecake, beat together sour cream, 1/4 cup splenda, and 1 tsp vanilla. After 15 min. of cooling, spread sour cream mixture on top of cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 min. Cool completely before serving. Cut into 16 pieces.
