    1 lb ground lamb
    8 ounce red onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp curry powder or garam masala
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    1 tsp oregano
    1/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp olive oil


Combine all ingredients. Make 20 meatballs. Roll in the olive oil to coat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes (turning once). 3 meatballs = 1 pita filling.
