Ingredients

    .5 c Vanilla Soymilk
    .5 c lowfat vanilla yogurt
    .5 c frozen strawberries
    .5 c frozen pineapples
    1 scoop banana flavored protein
    2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Put everything in the blender starting with the soymilk then yogurt, powders, then fruit. Blend until smooth. Add stevia or splenda if needed.
