    2-1/2 cups nonfat milk powder
    2-2/3 cups raw oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2-1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup raisins
    2 apples, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Ad applesauce and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Pour batter into bundt pan coated with cooking spray. Bakje 45 minutes to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Refrigerate.
